A couple weeks ago I made the kids go outside to play on the porch while I fixed dinner. No more than 5 minutes later, I decided to check on them and found their payback. The coloring even went into the house through the open window. This was NOT funny to me at the time (for some reason messes make my blood pressure rise; my husband on the other hand would have thought it was hilarious), but I snapped some shots thinking it might be funny in the future.

Oh how well I remember those frustrations. I too would have boiled - probably a low boil. It will wash off though. It's just a little thing in the whole of life! ;-)
That's hilarious but then again, mine isn't old enough to do that yet!
Ha, ha...messes make my blood pressure rise too. At least that mess isn't permanent. But I probably wouldn't have been that amused either. :)

I gave them all a wet rag to clean it up. The pink wouldn't come off after using various cleaning products. Then I tried a magic eraser for the first time and voila! I'm hooked on those now!
thank heaven for magic erasers! i have used those for numerous illegal drawings and colorings (including sharpie markers!) by ella.
Oh my...looks like they were busy! That would have made my blood pressure rise too, so don't feel bad!
I love the magic eraser too...I have already used it on our house and we don't even have a kid old enough to even made messes.
My first thought was magic eraser! Love them! Glad you had a happy ending. That blood pressure thing is SO true...slow, deep breaths, Hope; slow, deep breaths.
