The other night at dinnertime we put these baby cut outs under each of the children's plates. We said "we have a surprise for you, look under your plate". The whole meaning/symbolism idea was a little hard to grasp, but they finally understood that a new baby will be a part of our household in the future.We feel truly humbled that the Lord has chosen to give us another child (plural would be fine, too). The end of October is the expected time.

Thanks everyone! I feel fine, but usually do. I'm not even 6 weeks so I'm sure I'll feel a little nauseous in the near future.
April, I'm sure candy would have been initially much more exciting for them! =) They were very happy once they understood. It's really fun to see their anticipation. It's a new thing this time around.
I want to have a ult sound early on to see if there is multiples. It's not very likely, but I'd rather be prepared.
Yes, we are going on a cruise in just 2 1/2 wks! It started out finding cheap airfare and then snowballed into a cruise and leaving the kids for 10 days. Ahhhh, a little scary, but we're excited! We're going with my sister and her husband.
